Hi I have a first round interview for Columbia Threadneedle Investments Graduate programe role in London this Friday, which rotates between portfolio management, equity and FI research and EQ and FI trading

NYC is more expensive than London, plus normally UK salaries lag behind the US by a long shot, and of course, we have to pay our own healthcare. I'm going through the recruitment process for the NYC programme, and there is no mention of a raise.
