Comp/Exit Ops at BlackRock
Been searching around everywhere and can’t seem to find a lot of solid information on this besides Glassdoor.
Does anyone know how the comp is at the junior/senior levels at Blackrock? What is the typical bonus like? (Specifically asking about the investments team)
Also what tends to be the exit ops for people coming from the investments team?
