I am an eastern European non-EU citizen, currently attending Bocconi MSc in Finance and finishing up my CFA charter. I have perfect command of English, German, and French, and am learning Italian.
London's AM spots are very few, however it's by far the largest financial centre in Europe. My question here is, are there other cities with vibrant AM markets that hire from universities?

Good luck trying to get a visa to London. If you speak German, I would go for Frankfurt. There is some AM spread across Munich, Düsseldorf, and Hamburg too. Germany has the best pay in the EU and jobs are readily available, particularly because you speak German.
I reckoned London's visa is relatively easy given a lot of alumni from my uni live and work there??
Anyways, speaking of Germany, does it have firms that are exclusive to Germany and Europe I should check out or just the same well-known shops worldwide?
