Everything You Need to Know About ETFs?

What's up y'all.

I've recently made a career switch and am looking to familiarize myself with products/strategies in the ETF space.

Are there any must-read books that would help one get up to speed on general fundamentals, current market trends, headwinds, etc.? Anything that would help one develop a commanding grip on the landscape would be great.

If relevant, I will be on the research/sales side of things and looking at multiple asset classes.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.
