what’s the standard TC for a research associate straight out of undergrad? thinking about top shops with $100B+ AUM and would like to benchmark my offer and see if it’s inline with market

Some well-known programs pay 70k base and virtually no bonus. Sigh.
Yup. I received an offer toward the lower end of that range and one toward the higher end. There's also an RA program at a fairly well known firm that pays $90 lol
