Fixed Income Asset Management Comp

What’s is typical comp base and bonus at long only fixed income funds (vanguard trowe pimco black rock) for a person who does a few years sell side research then moves over ( 4/6 years out of school). I’ve seen some PMs pull 1mm plus but what the trajectory of run of the mill research. Presumably opportunistic hedge funds pay more, would guess boring long only funds are less.
