FMA: Compensation, Career Progression and Exit Opportunities?

Hi All,

I have chanced upon this department in BlackRock called Financial Markets Analysis (FMA). Would appreciate if anybody can give any insights on the compensation and bonus, career progression and exit opportunities.

I have visited all the relevant threads but still can't fully grasp where this department leads. I have also checked on LinkedIn and realised that people in FMA rarely leave. So I am wondering if they are enjoying their stint there or their skills are so niche that it is best they stay inside the department.

Thank you very much in advance.
