Goldman Sachs QIS Questions

Received offer for GS QIS (quant investment strategies).

What does comp look like? I'm familiar with the Goldman discount for the internship, but does this continue to the full-time role? What does the team's bonus structure look like?

What are exit opportunities? Is private credit possible or is it all HF-stuff?

What should I do to prep? I am afraid that the team will just become automated and I'm more of a math guy than a CS guy.
