If their % payout is what people tell me it is their L/S appeal for PMs seems to be lightyears away from MMs.
Capital Group has an office in Geneva. I know nothing about it but would assume pay is good given they're a great firm and its a very high cost of living city.

That's because it's easy to run that sort of strategy out of London, or even outsource it to firms in London
Both from employers and employees perspective low no tax jurisdictions have massive advantages. Hence the trend in the US with Miami etc as well. The UK has a massive structural disadvantage. From high tax to high living expenses to sub-par average comp and way lower comp compared to the US or even Middle East after tax.
Curious if any other firms in no low tax jurisdictions
