GS Alternative Capital Markets: Interview Process?

Does anyone know what the interview process is like for this group? SA/ first year Analyst role within Investment Management Division.

ACM coordinates the launch and distribution of alternative investment offerings (private equity, private credit, real estate, and hedge funds investments) to PWM clients. Essentially the role involves structuring internal and external offerings, sourcing opportunities, and working closely with the PWM group/ high net worth clients to fundraise.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

ACM doesn't structure any offerings, they just source for external funds to value-add to the bank's investment platform. Treat the interview as if you're applying to an equity research position, but instead of pitching a stock idea, perhaps look up a couple of PE/HFs that interest you and articulate their selling points well. Key fund performance ratios (Sharpe, Sortino etc) and expense ratios etc should be articulated as well.

Best of luck!
