High Yield Credit Job Mkt?
I have around 5yrs of high yield at a large LO and looking to probably make a jump within the next year or so to another platform. Has the job market improved much these days? Or are firms still in wait and see mode on headcount until the fed pivots and we maybe see cash come off the sidelines?
