How difficult is it to get into BlackRock's PMG as opposed to other divisions? (London)

I'm completely in the dark about this and would genuinely appreciate some insight. Regarding recruitment in BlackRock London, is it too difficult to get into analyst role in the PM division? If so, what would make it more feasible?

I'm currently a CFA level 2 candidate (passed L1 in the 90th percentile). I'm attending a top MSc in finance in Europe (2-yrs program), starting next September, that places very well in AM. Unfortunately, I don't have work experience except for a brief internship in deal advisory with a b4 firm. Obviously, I'm aiming first for SA then FT.

Thoughts on this??

Thank you all.
