Insurance AM Investment Analyst Comp
Hi All,
I am a second year FO investment analyst at a large insurance company ($90bn+) and was hoping someone could provide insight to expected bonus? NYC area.
I can't speak for NYC, but further West its 30-50% so around 20k-30k.
Thanks, any idea what the ongoing comp. structure is? I.e. 3rd year analyst, 1-, 2-, 3rd year associate?
I'm still pretty young into my career so I don't have too much more info. What I have heard though is the bonus bottom range gets closer to 50% in the 2nd and 3rd year, depending on the firm of course. I'm not too certain about base pay, but I want to say it starts going up as well by 5-10k.
I'm in the Midwest, but in a small city and it was ~25%.
