Interviews after Superday?
Completed a superday and have now been invited back to do further interviews with additional team members - is this normal? Final interview scheduled for this "follow up" superday is a coffee chat with the team manager, whom I have already interviewed with favorably - is this all just a sanity check to make sure they are picking the right person for the team?
Not sure I am following - so after your Superday you got invited for more interviews or just a coffee chat with one of your previous interviewers?
If the former, then the team hasnt decided on a candidate (no one stood out) or one person has doubts about you and they want to give you another chance
If the latter, just a sanity check/airport test. Most likely a good sign
It will be four more interviews, like a superday, with entirely new people I've never met before at the firm. Fifth and final meeting of the day will be a coffee chat outside of the office at a cafe with the team Managing Director who I have already interviewed with in a previous round. What do you think?
