Investment Analyst Panel Interview
I have a panel interview next week with an endowment fund with about $1.5 B in AUM operating as a non profit supporting other charities. I am in the CFA program writing my L1 this summer. This is a new role they are adding as they have grown and want want in-house to cover some of the following:
The Investment Analyst will report to the Director of Finance and work as a member of the finance team. The incumbent will take clear ownership of tasks and become an expert in assigned subject areas. They will be responsible for:
-Managing relationships with investment managers, and investment consultant
-Managing all aspects of compliance monitoring, performance analysis and all other relevant reporting
-Completing monthly reconciliations and other related accounting requirements
-Conducting research as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis related to business models and trends in investments and social finance
-Performing administrative responsibilities related to the management of investments and reporting to the Investment Committee
-Other Duties and projects assigned
I’m meeting with 2 managers plus HR. They have asked e to review 2021 Audited FS, Report on Investment Results, Asset Management and Investment Policy, and Investment Beliefs.
What questions do you think the will ask me?
What should my expected salary/compensation be should they ask me as I have now idea?
