Investment Management Fees
I have a possible job offer with an investment management company and am looking for some feedback on what is fair regarding the split of fees between company and advisor/investment manager (me). The company charges 1% for AUM under 3M and I would split the fee 50/50 on the money I bring into the firm. Is this a normal pay structure or should it be more/less? Thanks in advance.
