Received offers for both from the Spring Week to the Summer. What would be the benefits/drawbacks from picking either. What are the exit opps from working in Macquarie AM?
I find the culture at Macquarie better with better hours, but I imagine the exit opps and compensation to be worse. Thoughts?

Depends what your placed in
If it’s MIRA (Infra and Real Assets) it’s probably one of the better seats you can secure out of undergrad given how Macquarie leads in that vertical.
Overall, if you’re thinking exit opps however, EB is better.
Its Infra Private Credit. How does that affect exit opps/comps/etc
Me personally I would take this over the EB, given that you would get to skip the whole IB to PC conundrum if you converted, but the EBs tend to have very high conversion rates for the summer internship, which is something to consider, so the EB is the most risk averse option.
