£54bn AUM, mainly charities and institutions, Iconic CEO. Anyone know much about these guys, compensation, benefits etc.? Some sources i've found say they pay below market rate. Not much info out there really.
Part of BNY Mellon. That should give you an idea on comps, etc but slightly above standard BNY fare. (The boutiques generally run their own comp structure but are still relatively close.)
