No jerks rule?
Out of curiosity, which firms in AM / HF/ investing in general have you heard have "no jerks rule" that are actually followed? I'm currently at a large firm and I'm thinking to go to a smaller firm to just focus on investing and deal less with politics, but want to avoid toxic culture.
Would be curious on everyone's thoughts as well as why do you think certain places have more of a jerk culture than others.
