Has anyone worked in PMG for passive managers (Fidelity, Vanguard, Blackrock, TRow) and have any insight into the comp progression? I know active strategies usually have a performance fee that makes comp variable but does anyone have any insight into passive funds that mostly get a management fee? AUM is around 50BN and product is an SMA/Direct indexing for UHNW and Institutions.
