PE Associate to PWM?

Alright call me crazy but I’m burned out at PE. Started as an analyst at a MF, now an associate and I just don’t want to do this job anymore.

Looking for chill work life exits where I can still make decent enough money to live in NYC.

How would I move to private wealth management? Any other jobs people recommend. I’m a social easy going person and enjoy building relationships.
