Pigeonholed as an UG

Basically I'm a sophmore with an offer for summer for HSBC alternative assets in RE. I'm interested in the role as it is AM but I'm worried I get too pigeonholed into RE considering 2/3 of my past experiences are in the RE sector (freshman summer - RE developer, sophmore in-semester intern - VC, school investment club - RE sector). I'm generally interested in AM but am indifferent to RE at the moment so I don't want to close my options to other sectors. Any and all opinions would be appreciated!
