Prudential Investment Management Arm Prestige + Exit Opps?

Currently in final round interviews for a 2021 summer analyst division at PGIM. I've heard the culture is great and is a top 10 asset management firm in terms of total AUM, but how is this firm viewed by the Street? Does it compare with other big buy-siders such as Fidelity and PIMCO in terms of comp, prestige, and out-of-college training?

Anyone ever work there, heard anything about it? Would greatly appreciate any insight.

Unfortunately I can’t comment on the specific questions your asking but i’m here to confirm the positive culture. They hireA LOT of people from my university due to proximity and they all rave how great it is.

Strong rep in the fixed income asset mgmt. world. If you are learning credit analysis or a similar skillset there, it would be a great place to be. IMO Pru would be in-line with the firms you mentioned in the fixed income / credit universe. Flagship fund here has had excellent performance with $60bn: https://www.pgim.com/investments/mutual-funds/pgim-total-return-bond-fu…

Bumping because although this has been answered a bit, I can find really little information on the potential career path and pay as a credit analyst there, nor find anyone to ask about it who hasn't been there for like 30 years...
