How difficult is it to get a seat at one of these places out of MBA? I assume they only recruit out of the M7 programs but even than, how long are the odds? I'm thinking about going back to school with the intent to pivot to a Top AM firm but I don't have a good grasp for the recruiting process. For someone who's gone through it, are these places as hard to get a seat at as a KKR/BX/Carlyle or a notch below that?
