Steps needed to take to get into JP Morgan/Goldman Sachs/Morgan Stanley/etc

Till this day I've been preparing to go to law school, but the more I studied finances, the more I realized that I actually want to get into the financial field.

Currently I am a junior and have missed most big internship deadlines. What should I do to get a job at a big firm after graduation? For instance, can I still apply to become a JP Morgan analyst even after I graduate, or do I need an internship beforehand? I'm a little confused with the steps that I need to take. Thank you in advance.

Steps:

Freshmen fall - finance clubs, good grades, girls

Freshmen spring - initial internship search, still good grades, rush, more girls

Freshmen summer - do ur internship, grind technicals, build networking list, go for some sophomore summer

Sophomore fall - finalize resume, lock sophomore summer, hella networking calls, hella interveiw prep, no girls

Sophomore spring - interview and sign, then hella girls
