I really appreciated his willingness to listen to my background, understand my career aspirations and help me think through potential directions. The session was particularly useful in broadening my understanding of the different opportunities available across digital assets and traditional investment management. I found the discussion around investment research, fundamental analysis, financial modelling, fund selection and investment due diligence especially valuable. It helped me think about and identify alternative pathways such as digital asset investment research, fund of funds, manager selection, venture capital and investment strategy. I attended an event like this with a BB and it has definitely helped my career. If you can go, don't pass up this opportunity to meet people.

Not familiar with BlackRock's event specifically, but the ones at the BBs are effectively feeders for SA interviews/superdays.
