Thoughts on Willis Towers Watson Investment Internship?

I'm a junior at a non-target in the US. I have a superday coming up and I'm trying to better understand the internship/company. It looks like they consult for pension funds and insurance funds to show them how to allocate capital. I don't quite understand the value add. I'm not particularly interested in consulting, but I'm interested in working in Public Equities in the future, also would love PE. I'm also recruiting at boutique IB shops. (Started IB recruitment late). What kind of experience could I gain in this role and what are the exit opportunities?
