Treat WM like IB/PE?
Intern in WM/FP right now, guaranteed full time offer, 95% will do this as a career. Very laid back, supportive environment. I grew up extremely stressed and often don't do well unless I'm under high pressure/stress.
Should I just imagine I'm in IB and work 10+ hour days and weekends?
