Trying to find 200K+ job in FoF or allocator role post-IB analyst years - possible?

Hi all, as the title lays out I’m trying to gauge if a role in FoF or some sort of allocator role right after two years in banking could potentially pay at least $200K all in with like 40-50 hours a week. Let me know if i’m totally off base and crazy here

Just wanted to add my 2c here. First-year analyst at a top allocator out of undergrad in a HCOL city. I am at a total comp of >150k with really strong benefits. Of course, I think this is at the top of the spectrum, but I would assume that near 200k compensation is definitely possible for someone coming in at the senior analyst or associate level.

It's a private E/F. Unfortunately, it only hires directly out of undergrad. BUT, If you look into co-investment roles at top OCIO platforms like Partners Capital, Jasper Ridge, etc., you could definitely find roles that have very attractive pay. If you want to target more E/F opportunities, then look into your undergrad investment office and work hard to network, because it's a really small space!

Completed 2 years at a BB in IB and am now at an external manager, handling primaries and co-investments, with $220k TC as an associate. Higher comp will not be working directly at an endowment / pension but at an external manager.
