Do any pension funds (eg Canadian ones) pay well on director / MD level?

Define being paid "well". D level employees at my pension are paid well imo. And you can find salary data for any US public pension I believe
Cpp, cdpq, otpp etc. in Canada, for instance. On MD / D level min $600-700k at low end.
