What do people here know about Wells Fargo Private Bank? In particular, hours, culture, and pay for VP and above? If anyone has worked at both Wells Fargo and JP Morgan, could you please compare and contrast your experience at the two firms?

You need to give more specifics about what you do now, pay differences, future goals, current company's prestige, ect.
