What are the equivalent names to the megafunds in the AM world?

Slow Tuesday on my end. I was asked this by a colleague recently and I'm curious to see what the forum's view are of the names in the asset management world which are the "gold standard". The names that are equivalent to the reputation of the private equity megafunds such as TPG, Blackstone, Apollo, Brookfield, KKR, Carlyle (still a megafund?). I'm not talking only about prestige but I'm talking about general or perceived track record, strong reputation, rigor in terms of their active management process, strong net flows, excellent managemet & operations, etc.

Give me your views and hot takes below. Long only active managers only, no hedge funds.
