What is a Typical Day of a FI Credit Research Analyst

I've been in IB for the last three years and I'm in the final rounds at a large AM (i.e. BlackRock, Fidelity, PIMCO, etc.) for a Fixed Income Credit Research role in NYC. Could someone provide me with some color on what my day would look like? I'm interested in the following:

  • What time would I get in? What time would a typical day wrap-up? This role would be covering US names only
  • How much weekend work should I expect?
  • What does the day-to-day entail? How much time is spent on research vs calls with the sell-side and/or borrowers?
