What is State Street Global Advisors like?

Hey all,

I have been reading a lot recently about SSGA ETF Sales and their culture/pay/benefits etc and online it seems that it is pretty poor compared to other places. I just wanted to know a few things:

1) What is the salary for each rank in ETF Sales and what is the rank system at SSGA? 2) Why do so many move from big IB or AM firms if this is the case? 3) What are you experiences of SSGA?

Thank you all it would be great to find out some more info!
