What should I be aiming for in terms of 2025 Graduate schemes in AM

Hello everyone,

I wanted to get a realistic outlook on my choices for 2025 graduate schemes.

I hold a bachelors in mechanical engineering at the University of Warwick and about to embark on a masters in finance at UCL. As for internships, did a mechanical engineering internship, then a consulting internship at a big4 and then a AM internship at a small AM (around £1 bill AUM).

I realise this might be very general but any insight or advice is appreciated.
