When does recruiting for fulltime asset management take place and what are my chances?
I am currently a rising senior doing a wealth management internship for this summer at a smaller local firm, but I want to re recruit for a bigger firm based in NYC for either Wealth or Asset Management. I am unsure of the timeline for re recruiting or the difficulty of recruiting for either division without a current junior summer internship/return offer at the big banks I have in mind. I am at a target business school with a good GPA and resume, but please let me know any information about what re recruiting looks like and what I should do to prepare.
Generally starts summer/fall. I’m starting at one of the mutual fund shops this summer and got my offer in late fall.
