Where to get historical AUM data on private funds like Capital Group? (+ discussion on LO AM prospects)

Basically the title. For publicly traded LO AMs, you can go into their annual or quarterly reports. But what about for privately held LO's like Capital? The most I could find about their historical AUM was from FT and Wikipedia.

Edit: Nevermind. As I was writing this post, I did some more research and found that you can go to Capital Group's news releases, and at the bottom of each article, there is an "About Us" section with the most recently updated AUM figures. Edit 2: Pulled out the numbers so I figured I might as well post them here. Am interested in this data because I've been seeing other posts discuss secular decline / consolidation within the LO AM industry.

Note that the data is sporadic because they do not post news releases every quarter. 

2Q19: $1.9t

3Q20: $2.0t

4Q20: $2.3t

2Q21: $2.6t

4Q21: $2.7t

2Q22: $2.2t

3Q22: $2.1t

It appears that they are back at November 2020 levels of AUM, which is not bad, considering that other funds have seen greater outflows. Eager to hear if anyone has collected data on AUM in/outflows of other LO AM's, or if there are any qualitative insights on why Capital Group would fare better than its peers should the industry continue to consolidate.
