Best type of F500 internship for Consulting.

Hello all, I've read lots of posts on here that recommend prospective students wanting to get an MBB internship offer after junior year should go for a prestigious F500 internship the year prior as opposed to a less prestigious consulting role. Is there a certain role or type of internship that is more beneficial to aspiring consultants or specific companies that stand out as more "prestigous" or impressive on a resume. Any and all feedback would be appreciated.
