How do I-bankers or consulting firms view UPenn College of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies students
I want to break into either consulting or I-banking. Trying to decide which school is the best fit to break into consulting or I-Banking. Do most firms see PennLPS like Columbia? A lot of my friends from Columbia have broken into investment banking. Just curious.
Search around on linkedin and see where people with the degree are working. That's probably your best bet.
I have looked on Linkedin; however, Penn also awards College of Arts and Science diplomas to Penn LPS students, so they are indistinguishable from regular Penn students, which is fine because Penn LPS looks at applicants SAT scores, essays, and grades, and then makes their final decision with an interview.
I am just trying to see what hiring managers on here think. Thank you!
Anyone?
From which Columbia School - School of Professional Studies?
Please advise which School, which degrees.
Columbia SPS?
Columbia University's School of General Studies.
Bump. Undergrad right? If so, NYC advantage is a strong relevant factor.
Undergrad?
A Penn LPS degree is not nearly as valuable than a degree from trump university
I think your comment is an unfair assessment, specifically given the fact that the program is prestigious, requires SAT scores, interviews, and so forth. That said, can you please elaborate on your comment?
Dude, he's joking
