How many people get second round interviews at MBB?
I have final round interviews for Bain, BCG and McKinsey. Does anyone know what % of people make it to this stage and how many typically get offers? Is the second round still a huge pool for them to cut down from or do they only give second rounds to people who they think would have a good shot?
They are flying me out for the final round (first round done on-campus)

Yea Bain interviews a lot; McKinsey a bit less, and BCG even less than that It might vary office to office but this is generally true
But its no use worrying about % just do your best
I don't want to jack this thread but how similar is IB/S&T?

This is my second time at a MBB final round. First time three years ago I was rejected. This time, I am assuming I am rejected. (No response in 6 days). The other applicant with me was also rejected (same day as interviews). These were different offices.
Basically final rounds can still mean rejection.
