Considering only a few Bain offices have heard specifics about pay raises I’m pretty sure that won’t be general info on Google. Also, not sure what pay raises are looking like at each level.
Assuming you're about 21 years old, a $10 base pay bump will have zero impact on your compensation at age 30 and 35 and +/- 10% at entry level (at most). If you need it down to the nearest $1,000 for whatever reason, you'll have that on your offer letter.
AC base used to be 90k and will probably be 100k now. Comp rises at ~15-20% CAGR.
Varies by progression etc. - for illustration lets say you graduate at 22 y/o and enter at the pre-MBA entry-level integrative consultant role in the US, you never leave/you progress straight through (only possible at M) at an average pace (you don't slow to do rotations and you're also not fast tracked).
Probably approximately:
22-25: BA/A/AC - ~100k base, 10-25k bonus
25-27: EM/PL/C - ~250k base
27-31: AP - ~350k base
31-?: Partner - ~800k-1.5M
?? (~35?): Senior partner - ~2-5 M

you dont need an MBA to go straight thru at any MBB, though it is true that promotions at M are generally faster
Bain salary in the U.S. is $100k base (raised from $90k), $15,000 target bonus ($22,500 max), $5,000 signing bonus, $5,000 relocation bonus, 4.5% of base + bonus automatically contributed to 401K, and a profit sharing that vests after your 3rd year (Senior Associate Consultant) of 0-20% of compensation (basically a $30k bonus after SAC on top of regular comp). 2nd year AC salary used to be $95k and likely raised to $105k, and 3rd year AC salary used to be $110k and likely raised to $120k. Consultant base used to be $165k and is likely $175k now.

Compensation at 30 and 35 depends on a lot of things, including how fast you're promoted (there are some fast-track promotions at several levels, though not as fast as McK), whether or not you leave to go to graduate school, and what your performance bonus is (as you progress, bonus becomes a larger portion of comp). Assuming you came in at the AC level and left for 2 years to go to business school, you'd be a Manager/Senior Manager at 30 ($300k+ comp) and an Associate Partner/Partner ($500k+ comp) at 35.
