Recruiting for MBB from Teach for America?

Is it possible to recruit for entry-level roles in management consulting out of Teach for America? With good grades from a target university, is it likely you can do well in terms of getting interviews? I'm thinking, in a way, it may be smarter to do business school after being a teacher, but then, if you don't get management consulting, then what would you even recruit for?

I don't know anyone who did this but I suppose you could search LinkedIn and see if it's a thing.

To be completely honest I don't know what you're asking here. If you're suggesting to do B-School right after TFA, I'm not sure you'd be competitive at top schools. If you're concerned there's no good jobs other than consulting coming out of a good B-school that would be incorrect, there are plenty of other jobs and most schools publish job outcomes from their classes.

I just don't think I would be competitive for any job other than management consulting out of a good business school with teaching, and perhaps education consulting, afterward, as my work experience, but I am not sure if there are other career paths that are suitable to my work experience. Given that business school outcomes are usually contingent on peoples' prior work experience.. Obviously there are other jobs than consulting out there, I just mean based on my profile..

Yeah. MBB wants interesting people and you would be an interesting candidate if you can case well. Hoepfully you have some interesting internships under your belt
