Should I apply or pursue an MBA?

Hi all,

I recently finished the analyst program at MBB in a Tier 1 office (NYC, SF, Chicago, etc.). I was also recently direct promoted to the associate (post-MBA) role and accepted.

I already have a BS and MS in Management/Operations/Finance/Engineering from a Tier 1 university (Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Princeton, etc.).

I am unsure about long-term plans, but they could be one of the following:
a) Stay in consulting for a while - at least till team leader/manager level
b) Go to in-house strategy for a larger company (e.g. Fortune 500, Big Tech)
c) Go to bizops or general manager role for a start-up
d) Unlikely but start my own company or venture capital

I am struggling to decide:
1) Does it make sense for me to pursue an MBA?
2) How does this vary by which options I end up pursuing (e.g. option A of staying at MBB vs option C of going to a startup)?
3) If I decide to apply, which schools should I pursue? Would it be crazy to limit only to HBS or GSB?

Thanks in advance!
