Sophomore looking for advice on how to get into consulting

Hi all, I'm a rising sophomore (male and diversity) at a target (Dartmouth) and wanted to get some advice on what I need to do to break into consulting. My resume is fairly sparse but I was able to intern with a local wealth management firm over the summer if that's worth anything. Admittedly, I've meandered around with career choices quite a bit so I haven't had much time to prep for casing. I'm trying to use the free resources from managementconsulted right now to get up to speed but I'd love to hear about more resources for prep. What kind of people/students are MBB and T2 firms looking for? I'll obviously join consulting and finance related clubs but will that be enough?

Also, maybe a bit of a strange question that only Dartmouth students and alums can answer, but are there specific fraternities that would be helpful to be a part of with the recruiting process (since rush is coming up soon)?
