Switch to Consulting or Something Else?

Recent HYS law graduate. Roughly top 10%. Ivy undergrad with PBK/top grades in a social science (unfortunately, not economics). A few years of work experience in boutique consulting before law school. In the next few years, I'll be clerking on a federal appellate court and working at a V5 firm.

I haven't been sold on the idea of being a lawyer since my summer job during 1L. However, I wanted to finish strong rather than quit law school (and am perennially stuck chasing gold stars). I don't dislike the study of law itself; I find it interesting enough. I just don't like the hours, lack of creativity, and career path that biglaw affords.

I'm planning to apply to MBB. The hours will probably be comparable to the career that I'm leaving, but at least the exits would be more in line with what I'm interested in (corporate management). That said, Bain's notorious for not hiring JDs, which leaves me with McKinsey and BCG. I don't exactly want to bet my future on two companies.

That in mind, for someone who's interested in getting out of the law as soon as possible without totally fumbling my career, what other opportunities should I be looking into? Ops roles at startups? Or something else entirely? Thank you so much!
