BlackRock Corporate Strategy & Development Role - Come Talk!!! - Career Prospect & Internal Mobility

Currently have an opportunity with BR CS&D analyst role but not sure what the career prospect is like and what they do on a daily basis. Prior was an ECM analyst at a top BB and want to transition into investing role (not necessarily PE) but virtually impossible under this market and coverage teams are still weathering storms... Would go into BR CS&D at least help in this direction? Also, within BR, is it possible to transfer from CS&D to alt. investment (think infra/multi-alt) later on? Don't want to spend too much time in the transitioning and if need be, think budget it around 2 years. Is this possible? Any advice/info on the role would help. Thanks!
