Credit Rating agency research publications
Just like when you subscribe to an investment bank's research portal, you can often download their detailed research reports and financial models.
I'm wondering if credit rating agencies (S&P, Fitch, and Moody's) offer something similar? Do they provide actual financial models and full versions of their rating research reports for download? I know they publicly release their rating methodologies, but I'm really curious about the step-by-step calculation processes in their analyses. I'd love to take a look at those financial models to understand how they crunch the numbers.
Has anyone subscribed to their services or know if this stuff is available in their research portals? Thanks!
Their reports are paid and they do not include models. They do typically include an EBITDA/Debt bridge showing which adjustments they may make that are different from the company’s adjusted EBITDA or Debt figures
Thank you for your reply. Which research portal will provide an excel sheet that lists all the debt/ebitda adjustment they have made?
high level, yes. But if you want details, you'd have to reach out to the rating analyst.
