Golub Credit Opportunities?

Anyone have info on Golub's Credit Opportunities group? Can't tell much from their website other than they typically invest across the capital stack.

Anything around investment size / mandate / comp / culture, etc. is helpful. Thanks!

Networked with a senior alumni there - if I’m not mistaken, they target 15-20% returns and take part in other funds’ investments that meet that threshold, but otherwise just works with other groups. About $3B AUM.

Anyone know if this is like a Special Sits team? Or more in line with traditional PC. Not sure where on that line this team sites.

Has anyone gone through the recent VP hiring process? Met the team and most recently the two co-heads a few weeks ago but it seemed like they were more opportunistically hiring despite the formal LinkedIn post.

Curious if others heard the same.

Think they have lost a couple of people in mid-level range so may be trying to replace.  Post reads a bit weird (can’t tell if its for stressed BSL loans or buying private credit loans on the secondary in presumably distressed issuers).
