Updated Fortress comp / culture / outlook?
Curious how people look at Fortress from a quality perspective (it’s various teams, credit, ABF, etc) and how their comp looks in the big 2026. Feel like the amount of info on this site on them was surprising scant when looking around.

I work for another firm but had a good experience working with their PC team. Seem like very smart folks. They’re yield focused so it won’t be a flow shop like Golub or Antares. Varied personalities, with some being very serious and others being more personable
Know a few formers here and haven’t been wildly impressed by them. That said, they also didn’t seem to have the worst time there (VPs going out to dinner mid week, which was shocking to me!)
why is that shocking to you? they don't let your VPs go to dinners at your shop?
