Thanks for this. Any intel on new hires that haven’t received official letter before the deal closed last Monday? At least in terms of timing….
For example, two different analysts at the different companies that covered the same stocks, whats going to happen to each analysts coverage if they overlap?
Letting go the analyst that costs more would be the quick and dirty way. However, getting your franchise onto the UBS platform would take some time getting use to. I'd imagine mgmt. would not be keen on dropping coverage (losing pot'l revenue) to wait for a CS analyst to get up to speed.
